If you already have a PayLease account, login and follow the instructions to proceed with making an online payment. If you do not have a PayLease account yet, please select “create account” and proceed with the following instructions to finish setting up the account . You will need your association account number located on your bill.

Enroll for Electronic Statements:
Look at the top right hand corner of your last statement and go to the website listed. You will need your registration ID that is listed on your statement to enroll. *This will save on mailing costs to the HOA and paper.*
