NOTICE:  Due to regulation changes in the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) eCheck options will change effective February 24, 2022.

IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN RECURRING ECHECK PAYMENTS PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 24, 2022:

Your payment will continue to process until October 31, 2022.  Prior to this date, you must take action to un-enroll from the current process (select the eCheck option available on the billing page) then set up an alternate payment method. 

Payment options available after October 31, 2022, include Auto-Pay or enrollment in eCheck payments through CIT Property Pay. 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP ECHECK PAYMENTS AFTER FEBRUARY 24, 2022.
eCheck options are now available through CIT Property Pay.  To make an eCheck payment, please follow the instructions below. 
 
You now have several payment options!

AUTO DRAFT
This automatic payment option will process your regular assessment payment, on time, each billing cycle.  Payment amounts will be updated if the association's assessment rates change without a need to manually update.  Payments will be processed between the 1st and 10th day of each month depending on bank holidays, weekends, etc. There is no fee for using Auto-Draft.

CIT PROPERTY PAY
Credit Card - using this feature you can set up one-time credit card payments on the date you select. Credit card payments are processed by a third-party credit card service therefore, there is a 3.5% fee for each credit card payment.  Payments will be reflected on your account within two to three business days. 

eCheck Payment - this payment option will process an electronic check from your checking or savings account.  You can select the amount and the date for processing.  There is no fee for eCheck payments.  Payments will be reflected on your account within two to three business days. 
 
Please note that if your account is in collections/with legal, the transactions below may not reflect all current charges.  You must contact your association's legal counsel to obtain your current account balance.
