Balmoral's HOA dues are currently $145 per quarter, payable January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our Balmoral HOA Dues...

Q. How much are the Balmoral's HOA dues?
A. Effective since January 1, 2014, our HOA Dues have been $580/year for each home, payable no less than quarterly at $145/quarter. This charge, based upon the HOA's annual budget, is reviewed and approved every year by the HOA's Board of Directors.

Q. When you say they are payable quarterly when exactly are they due?
A. Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1, and Oct. 1

Q. When are HOA dues considered late?
A. HOA dues are payable on the first day of each quarter. They are late if not paid by the 10th of that respective month. A Late Fee of $25 is assessed when one misses that deadline.

Q. How should I pay my dues - by mailing a check?
A. Yes, mailing a check is fine, but you should include the payment coupons that are given to each homeowner annually. The coupon also comes with an envelope that has the proper mailing address, and a new coupon book will be mailed to all owners every December. The coupons are not mandatory as long as the check has the homeowner's account number written on it.

Q. I cannot find my coupon payment booklet - what do I do?
A. Contact the NRP accounting department, our community management firm, at either 703-435-3800 or communications@NRPartnersllc.com.

Q. I detest writing checks - are there other payment options?
A. Yes, please see payment options above.
