The Spring 2023 Sale will be taking place on Saturday, March 25, 2023.
Hundreds of home sales will be held from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
On the morning of the Garage Sale, the button below will lead shoppers to a digital map. On this map, they will be able to select listed homes to preview what types of items sellers are offering, receive GPS directions to each location through their smartphone devices, and more!
The map link will be active on March 25 from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

For Gated Neighborhoods, Please Note:
Sub-associations have been contacted to inform them of the Community Garage Sale, and we make every effort to request and confirm that gates will be left open for the duration of the event. Sub-associations are separate entities from the Mountain's Edge Master Association, therefore we cannot guarantee their willingness to participate nor ensure their gates will be open. If you are selling within a gated neighborhood please contact your sub-associations directly regarding gate closures.
