I’m interested in purchasing in Olé, what do I do?

The first step is to work with a unit owner or real estate agent and create a sales contract.  Then, complete our purchase application through tenantev.com. CLICK HERE for step-by-step instructions.


Who do I contact for an estoppel request and condo questionnaire?

You can visit www.condocerts.com for estoppel requests and the condo questionnaire. Register your information and select Olé at Lely Resort with the Celebration, Florida address.


What do I need to submit with my purchase application?

A complete purchase application will have a copy of the sales contract signed by both parties, a copy of photo IDs and marriage certificate (if married with different last names).


How much is the application fee?

The application processing fee is $100 for each applicant, or $100 for a married couple.


How long will approval take?

We require 14 days of processing time. Submitting the application less than 14 days before could mean that the owners’ move-in and amenity access is delayed. The approval process will not begin until all required components have been received.
