Q.  I'm interested in purchasing a condo in Olé, what do I do?

A.  The first step is to fill out our purchase application together with the owner.  Click below to download the application form and informational pages.  The completed application form is returned to Resident Services, you keep the informational pages.

Q.  Who do I contact for an estoppel request and condo questionnaire?  

A.  All requests are submitted to

Q.  What do I need to submit with my purchase application?

A.  The required purchase packet will have a completed purchase application, copy of the purchase agreement signed by both parties, a copy of photo IDs and a check or money order made out to Olé at Lely Resort in the amount of the background check processing fee.

Q.  How much is the background check processing fee?

A.  The background check processing fee is $100 for one (1) or two (2) applicants; ages eighteen (18) and older.  Each additional applicant age eighteen (18) or older is an additional $50.

Q.  How long will the approval process take?

A.  We require twenty (20) days of processing time.  The approval process will not begin until all required components of the packet have been received.  

Documents submitted less than twenty (20) days run the risk of not receiving the approvals and documents needed for closing.

Q.  Where do I submit my application?

A.  Applications are submitted to Olé Resident Services office. You may drop off in person or mail to:
