2023 Election & Annual Membership MeetingAssociation Members,
The Annual Meeting of the JCPPOA will be held June 7, 2023, at 6 pm, at the JCP CDD Amenities Facility - 350 Plantation Club Parkway, St. Johns, FL 32259.
The Board of Directors appointed the 2023 Nominating Committee in December of 2022. The Nominating Committee is responsible for naming nominees to run for the Board of Directors whose names will be included in the first notice of Election.
Anyone interested in running for the Board of Directors in 2023 should review the Association Governing Documents and Board Policies. We also invite you to attend the monthly Board Meetings to begin getting familiar with POA operations and to remain current on POA matters. The meetings are typically held on the last Wednesday of the month (no mtg. in Nov. and Dec. mtg. is the first Wed.).
A candidate sheet for the Board of Directors is available by clicking here and are due to the Nominating Committee no later than March 10th at 4pm. Any Association Member in good standing may run for the Board. All eligible candidates whether selected by the Nominating Committee or by "self-nominating" will be listed on the ballot if they submit their intent to run within the appropriate deadlines.
A first notice of the annual meeting will be mailed and emailed (to those with an email on file) in March 2023. The first notice will include a Board Candidate Sheet for anyone to submit their intent to run. Submissions must be received by the date as printed in the first notice cover letter.
The second notice of the 2023 Julington Creek Plantation Property Owners Association, Inc. Annual Meeting and Election will be mailed and emailed at least 14 days prior to the election. The second mailing will include the election ballot.
