Community Life Assessments
Stay in good standing
To stay in good standing with Easton Park Master Community, Inc. (“EPMC”) and Easton Park Residential Condominiums Association, Inc. (“EPRCA”), and to ensure ongoing access to all Easton Park has to offer, including our community amenities, it’s important for homeowners to pay monthly assessments.

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month.
As of October 2020, assessments are due monthly. Late fees are incurred if your payment is not received and posted to your account by the 15th of the month. Our accounting team suggests giving yourself a buffer of at least 10 days between payment and posting to your account.

HOW TO PAY YOUR ASSESSMENTS 

LET THE EPMC DIRECTLY DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT

Fill out the form that corresponds to your section of the community and mail or email it with your bank account and routing numbers  -  a copy of a voided check or a screenshot of your bank account and routing numbers is helpful but not required

Enrollment forms received by the 15th of the month will be established for automatic withdrawal the following month. Once established, we’ll debit your checking account between the 5th and 10th of each month.

SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR BANK
Log in to your bank’s website or app to set up automatic payments. Make sure you have your EPMC/EPRCA account number (find it on your monthly assessment statement) and the EPMC/EPRCA payment address: EPMC/EPRCA PO Box 64685, Phoenix, AZ 85082-4685.
Payments must be posted to your EPMC/EPRCA assessment account by the 15th of the month to avoid late fees. Schedule your payment delivery date at least 10 days prior to this to ensure enough time for mailing and processing.

MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS DIRECTLY TO EPMC/EPRCA BANK
Schedule a one-time payment via your credit or debit card, or have money taken directly out of your bank account via electronic check. If you pay with a credit or debit card, the bank will charge you a 2.95% processing fee; it’s free if you pay using your checking or savings account.

Go to the MutualPay Property Pay website, then select the “Pay Now” button; you don’t need to register. Please include your account number (find it on your monthly assessment statement), Management Company ID: 1110, and Association ID: 2804 – Easton Park Master Community, Inc.; 2805 – Easton Park Residential Condominiums Association, Inc.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT INFO

GET UP-TO-DATE ACCOUNT DETAILS
Use Village Management Software (also called VMS) to access detailed information about your assessment account, like your payment history, outstanding balances, etc. It’s the system our accounting team uses, so it’s live data you’re looking at when you’re logged in.
If you’ve never used VMS before, email our Accounting Team to start the registration process. In your email, put “VMS Client Online Registration” in the subject line and include your account number (find it on your monthly assessment statement).

VIEW AND DOWNLOAD ASSESSMENT STATEMENTS
If you just want to view or download one of your assessment statements from the past 12 months, use Webview. This site is solely for viewing statements.  If you’re a first-time Webview user, select “New user? Register now.” You’ll need the online enrollment number on the bottom, left corner of your statement to complete the enrollment process.
