Stay in Good Standing
To stay in good standing with Easton Park Master Community (EPMC) and to ensure ongoing access to all Easton Park has to offer, including our community amenities, it’s important for homeowners to pay monthly assessments.
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. Late fees are incurred if your payment is not received and posted to your account by the 15th of the month. Our accounting team suggests giving yourself a buffer of at least 10 days between payment and posting to your account.

How do I pay my assessments?
There are several ways to pay your monthly Easton Park Master Community and Easton Park Residential Condo Association assessments:
3. Pay Online. Head HERE to pay your assessments online. Please note that if you pay with a credit/Debit card the bank will charge a 2.95% processing fee. Paying with your checking or savings account is free of charge.
How to access your account info:
Use Village Management Software (also called VMS) to access detailed information about your assessment account, like your payment history, outstanding balances, etc. It’s the system our accounting team uses, so it’s live data you’re looking at when you’re logged in.
If you’ve never used VMS before, email our Accounting Team to start the registration process. In your email, put “VMS Client Online Registration” in the subject line and include your account number (find it on your monthly assessment statement).

- By ACH Autopay - complete the attached form(s) and return to Easton Park Master Community and/or Easton Park Residential Condos to the address on the form or scan and email back to accounting@coherelife.com. DO NOT SEND TO connect@coherelife.com. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR VOIDED CHECK.
- By mail to the address below. Please note your account number on the memo line of your check to ensure the payment is applied appropriately. This is also the address to use if you set up a bill pay through your own bank. Each payment must be sent separately in individual envelopes to be applied correctly.
